Taking action against Malaria is a key focus of the Bakhita Initiative. Recently, the organization’s team visited Tudun Iya Village in Funtua, Katsina State, where over 350 individuals benefited from a one-day awareness campaign, malaria testing, and provision of anti-malaria drugs. During the visit, the organization successfully distributed 250 insecticide-treated mosquito nets and conducted 100 tests, providing counseling on malaria prevention and treatment to 150 individuals.
